Information and Knowledge Lab

경북대학교 InK Lab(정보지식연구실)은 사람들의 정보행위를 비롯한 각종 정보 현상을 양적 및 질적 방법을 활용하여 이해하고, 각종 정보요구를 효과적으로 충족시킬 수 있는 정보 및 데이터 큐레이션과 플랫폼 구축 방안을 모색하며, 정보서비스 정책을 개발하는 연구를 수행합니다. 

본 연구실의 핵심 연구분야는 1) 데이터 기반 정보 이용행위 및 현상 분석 연구, 2) 정보와 데이터의 접근성과 활용도를 높이는 큐레이션(수집, 조직, 관리) · 플랫폼 연구, 3) 이용자 연구를 통한 정보서비스 및 정책 개발 연구로 구성되어 있습니다. 

The InK Lab (Information and Knowledge Lab) at Kyungpook National University conducts research to enhance understanding of various information phenomena, including people's information behaviors. It explores ways to effectively meet various information needs through information and data curation and platform development, as well as conducts research on information policy development.

The core research areas of this lab consist of 1) research on data-driven analysis of information phenomena and utilization behaviors, 2) research on curation (collection, organization, management) and platform development to enhance the value of information and data, 3) research on information service and policy development through user research.
